Every order ships free, wherever you are. Within the EU, packages typically arrive in five to seven working days. For destinations outside Europe, please allow seven to fourteen working days.

During peak seasons, weather disruptions or customs procedures may occasionally extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if anything changes.

Your order has not arrived

If your package has not reached you and you have not received a shipping notification, please write to us at <email/>. We will personally look into the matter and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our direct control. Should a return be approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method automatically.

Returns

You may return your order within fourteen days of receiving it. Once we have verified the returned item, your refund will be issued within fourteen days.
