Terms of Use

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) apply to all orders placed through the Real Skin Art Cosmetics online shop, operated by Real Skin Art Cosmetics e.U., Schloßpark 50, 2325 Velm, Austria.

2. Contract Formation

All offers in the online shop are non-binding. A contract between you and Real Skin Art is formed when you place an order and we accept it. After submitting your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email summarizing your order. This email is for information purposes only and does not constitute acceptance.

Acceptance occurs upon shipment of the goods (for invoice payments) or upon charging your credit card or payment account (for card, PayPal, or Klarna payments), typically within 5–7 working days.

Real Skin Art sells all products in household quantities only. This applies to both the quantity per order and across multiple orders.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices shown in the online shop include applicable VAT. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Free worldwide shipping is included on all orders.

4. Delivery

We deliver worldwide. Standard delivery within the EU takes 5–7 working days. International deliveries may take 7–14 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please inform us by email at <email/>.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Upon receiving and verifying the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty provisions apply. If a product is defective upon delivery, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract rescission as provided by Austrian law.

7. Liability

Our liability for damages is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence, except for personal injury claims. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Austrian law. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Austria.
